Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum disorder. Located throughout the Phoenix area, our Autism Program provides high quality one-on-one ABA treatment for individuals with Autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. We work in our clients’ home, center, school, and community environments to provide the highest quality services and meet our client needs.

 

Loacted in Phoenix, AZ the Care Coordinator will work with clinical, operations, and administrative staff on the overall coordination of client care. Responsibilites could include: Utilization Management,  Referral and Admission Processes, Medical Records, Educational Coordination, and manitanance of documantaion adccordingly.  This position will manage unexpected events, and acts on opportunities to improve the services that we provide to our customers.

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Qualifications

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • High School Diploma or GED required with four (4) years of related experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with One (1) year of related experience.  
  • Knowledge and background in assessment and treatment planning development.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with numerous staff and clients successfully.
  • Ability to make decisions and meet deadlines.
