In this role, the Quality Management Coordinator II plays a key role in ensuring organizational readiness, performance improvement, and compliance across programs. This position independently monitors regulatory and accreditation requirements, coordinates survey preparation, and oversees corrective action plan tracking to closure. The Coordinator II leads KPI monitoring and structured improvement initiatives by analyzing data, facilitating workgroups, and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership. In addition, the role supports oversight of grievance processes and satisfaction data to identify trends and drive improvements in individual experience. While partnering closely with risk, safety, and compliance functions, the Coordinator II integrates quality findings into broader organizational efforts, promotes ethical practices, and serves as a knowledgeable resource to staff on compliance and performance standards.
The coordinator will oversee Devereux's Pennsylvania Children’s Services in Chester County, PA.
